Tagging and You

There are literally thousands of Lomographs being uploaded to our Photos page but most of them are undocumented – meaning untagged. This poses as a problem because photos are unsearchable if there are no tags. Your photos won’t show up on tags, cameras, “films”/photos/films or locations page. Even more, they wont even show up on Photos but merely in your Homes. The community will only have a chance of seeing your work by clicking random photos, but that’s all they will be, random!

If you want others to marvel at your work – then we highly recommend that you make sure that you fill in the meta data. We recommend a minimum of 3 tags, the camera used, the film, and the location the photo was shot at. Please do note that from now on these will be a requirement for rumble entries as well.
